Welcome to my page! I’m so glad you’re here. Let me share a bit about my journey.

I was born in a small village in Gujarat, India, and moved to the U.S. with my family in the late ’80s. We faced many challenges, from navigating a new culture to overcoming immigration hurdles. These experiences taught me that hard work pays off and giving up is never an option!

After college, I joined a Big Four firm as a Consultant. It was one of the most challenging eras of my professional career, filled with workplace toxicity, missed growth opportunities, and retaliation. But from those tough times, I emerged as a strong-willed, vocal, empathetic, and strategic leader, focused on the voice of the people. These moments ignited my passion for people, culture, and building empathetic leaders to foster a positive company culture.

I eventually followed my passion for people, becoming a Director of HR at a startup and later a Chief People Officer by the age of 36. Which led me to where I am now to empower others through Coaching!

I believe you are in control of your destiny, and no dream is too big to accomplish. With grit, desire, and the ability to push through, you can achieve your professional and personal goals.
