We’re on a mission to find the boldest, brightest, multi-hyphenate professionals who are editing themselves into an outdated version of leadership.
Because being boxed in and burned out isn’t the next step
on your dream job ladder, it’s the mold they feed you to keep you small.
so you can let yourself loose and do the things you need to do to get the career you actually want.
I was born in India and moved to the US when I was 2 and a half. And let’s just say, I wasn’t always an outspoken, bold woman. I used to be really quiet and a total people pleaser.
So much so, that I was bullied in school.
I always had a passion for the underdog because I was her. I had to consciously find my spice to get what I wanted in life.
And that’s why I love advocating for the quiet ones. Because they have so much fire, they just need a bit of a hype girl to find it and apply it to their biggest dreams.
I came from humble beginnings and my first job wasn’t glamorous. I worked for Enterprise Rent-a-Car in their management trainee program and got into a car wreck driving to my first day.
My luck is immaculate. But hey, I learned grit and resilience quickly and early in my life.
I was there for 11 years as a consultant where I built my consultant muscle, working on some of the biggest names in business like Microsoft and Mondelez (to name a few).
In this job I also went to South India for 4 months to build an offshore team and worked with high profile clients during a 2-year rotation as a Tech Business Analyst.
I had quit roles, was laid off, and even got fired. This forced me to tap into my strength, build confidence, and lean into resilience.
All skills I’ve had since childhood.
This was also the moment I started creating frameworks to lead others and started a business that rewards the bold ones who have people waiting for them to fail. I also got my coaching certificate in Core Energy Leadership through iPEC, bringing my personal and technical experience together to create lasting change in the people and organizations that I work with.
I know what it’s like to be the only WOC, mom, or young person in the room. I know what it’s like to have to channel a metric ton of resilience just to get your voice heard.
So now I unleash voices and create cultures that allow people to actually love their job, instead of trying to fit a box that was never built for them.
